Pinso Technology is in conjunction with China Electronic Components Central Laboratory to perform the product quality and reliability testing thus ensuring components 100% genuine original ones.

Quality Commitment

We are committed to offer factory original goods. Pinso Technology requires that the execution of all elements quality control process is in strict accordance with the ISO9001 standard, thus ensuring the zero-defect quality management.

Quality Control Processes

Order

1. Check complete components numbers.

2. Only make orders to suppliers within the "list of qualified suppliers".

*Note:

Any qualified supplier must:

① Supplier Risk Rating (size, location, orders capacity).

② Suppliers cooperation historical rating (historical delivery performance).

Receipt Inspection

External visual Inspection

1. Packaging inspection (box labels, product labels, date code, quantity).

2. Visual inspection (appearance integrity, degree of oxidation, with or without foot off or re-treatment).

3. Supplier shipping document series (COC, inspection reports, lead unleaded specification).

4. Ensure the factory original ones.

Instrument Test

1. Comprehensive test of functional and electrical characteristics at room temperature (25 ℃) environment, including:

• Contact Test • Power Test • Input leakage Test • Comprehensive Dynamic Parameter Test

• Output Level Test • Comprehensive Function Test • Analog Parameter Test

2. If the room temperature test is passed, the high / low temperature test can be performed as required.

3. Set aside a certain number of samples for further electrical characteristics analysis.

Packaging

1. Vacuum Packaging.

2."Electrostatic discharge" protection, anti-high temperature and anti-high humidity.

Transportation

1. Designated long-term cooperation partners.

2. Traceability during transport.
